Your dishes are very elegant in appearance for the most part in these photos but there is something about the color of the piped icing on this picture I don't find appealing. Maybe it is the photo but is that a sort of Army green color?
Thanks! Glad you like the pics! You know, I agree! It does look green. Dark chocolate brown is very hard to photograph esp. when lighting condition is poor.
I went ahead and change the color temperature of the photo. It should look more brown now than green.
